RuneScape Mobile Client Hits Android and iOS in 2018

According to an announcement today, the MMO RuneScape will hit the mobile platform soon. It has been confirmed to be an actual mobile client to the current RuneScape MMO, and the game is also based on the company’s IP. Moreover, the interface will be optimized for mobile devices, but if this is true or not, we’ll need to wait to until its release. Old School RuneScape is said to be launched for mobile this winter, while RuneScape would be available in 2018.

It is really hard for a game to remain after 16 years, especially when it’s an MMO and has faced with hundreds of competitions. Many have thought that MMOs could not continue, but there are a lot of activities within the space. RuneScape and Old School RuneScape will hit the mobile device as a way to ensure that the nostalgia-inducing MMO can still develop and also receive a great success.
